VLCD #17

Hello again! Still going strong.. did take the weekend off.. I admit it. but still at .8 average loss per day since i post load vlcd#1.
I took measurements today after work just to see where I stand
Weight: 177.2 ..... 166.6
Measurments..
Waist: 32 ... 31
Bust: 41 .... 39
Hip: 42 .... 41
Left Upper Arm: 13 ... 12.5
Thigh: 25 .... 24
Calf: 15.5 .... 15

I've lost 6 inches in 16 days.. not bad I guess. and I have to admit to not being totally perfect the entire time.
Sizes.. I am officially an Ann Taylor size 10, I got one new pair of black pants for work, I hate how they fit... but promised to hold out before I buy another pair until i'm an 8. I did buy Express dress pants at TJ MAxx on sale last week $10/pair.. size 10 and they fit.. not pretty but they fit.. they are flat front side zip kinda tight. I will wear them on Monday! Must hem them this weekend. And I can wear the 36DD Victoria Secret Bra (body by victoria lightly lined) it fits perfectly.. but the other style (with the formed cup) the band (36 part) is just toooooo big. My girls want to fall out the bottom. Anywho.. again look out 34dd that's the next step for me.


GOALS: here is my out of this world goal...
11/1 ... da da duh da... 129lbs yes you heard me right. I'm working on loosing 36lbs in 37 days.
I will be changing over to sublingual HCG on 10/2
in order to stay on protocol longer than 43days.

Ok i know my goal is NOT realistic.. realistic for me is 29lbs.. which I'd be so pleased with.. 138ish would be awesome. On 11/1 we are going away for the night and I will be taking the day off.. I know I will have a tempoary stall and that's okay..

Long term final goal, I haven't the foggiest. Anywhere under 130... I will keep pushing on until my body stops. I'm thinking around 120... but if god willing I'll go down to 110 (anything smaller and ouch! too skinny!)

VLCD #10

Feel good again, not hungry just ate a grapefruit for lunch. had black coffee with stevia for breakfast over ice.. got used to those tastes.. can't imagine what real sugar tastes like anymore.

I really really hope to be in the 160's by Saturday morning... wish me luck!

Doing better, more motivated, overall happy!
Lost another lb over night. Hardly eating anything these days...
going to have a few shrimp and homemade cucumbers for dinner.

VLCD #8 - SPECIAL

Ok, I'm an idiot.. I've been looking at my weight loss all wrong.. not taking into account my high weight after my load.. that being said...
I'm really down 6lbs in 7 days.. that's .85 per day, which is pretty amazing. I am so happy my hubby told me I was crazy.. and helped me see the light!

VLCD #8

I was up 1lb first thing this am, but after a trip to the ladies room, I 'm back down.. no gain no loss.. cheated with a few bites over the weekend.. you reap what you sow, right?

I am full committed now. I'm ready to be skinny.. my Ann Taylor 12's are hanging off of me today, I found 2 pairs of size 10s (at work) that I will buy to carry me though, just black and navy.. I vowed to only buy 2 pairs of size 10s 2 pairs of size 8s and then when I am a size 6 I can start to shop again.. if my weight is still over 139 at a size 6 then I will on ly buy 2 pairs and hold off shopping until the size 4s.... that 's a goal!

My plan of attack has changed.. a little exprimental. I forgot to take my shot this am.. but I assume that there is enough HcG in my system to carry me through. I will mix up some sublingual and take one dose tonight (equivlant of 1/2 a dose).. I have 2 more shots mixed, then I will return to the sublingual for about 10 days, then back to the shots.. I only have 25 syringes for injections so I have to either order more or do sublingual... I'll keep you posted.
I'm trying to aviod food all together.. just eating my protein. Not constantly day dreaming about food treating it like putting fuel in my car.. a necessity not a pleasure.

Making Grape Jelly tonight and maybe apple butter.. must resist licking the spoon! I have so many good foods preserved for the winter! Luckily I'll be able to eat them!

VLCD #7

In 7 days I have lost 3lbs (wow, talk about motivation? that stinks)
and lost 2 inches overall. I wasn't totally dedicated like I should have been, I put myself in situations in which were too tempting. This week I will work harder to be strict.
I will not accept anything less than being 169 or less by Friday (9/19).. wish me luck... no cheats no excuses, no worries!

Weight: was 177.2, now 174.2
Measurments..
Waist: was 32, now 32
Bust: was 41, now 40
Hip: was 42, now 42
Left Upper Arm: was 13, now 12.5
Thigh: was 25, now 24.5
Calf: was 15.5, now 15.5

VLCD #5

Ok I gave into temptation and ate some junk yesterday... just a regular old let's see how much I can eat for no reason, i was home alone.. and could 'get away' with it... despite it all i lost another pound. HcG must like me.. today however I am going to research HcG protocol + phentermine. I took it before and lost bunches wonder if it will conteract the HcG efforts? It just makes me not even want to look at food... but I'm a big baby and won't try it, I hope.

Just ate a wonderful lunch: 100g (=4oz) crab meat on a HUGE bed of baby spinach with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and crazy janes... OMG I love it. could eat it every day all day.... going to have 1/2 a grapefruit and my grissini soon..

Grissini, don't be fooled, it's readily available cheaply. I found it at several locations: Giant Eagle, Kroger and (of all places) Big Lots. Near the italian foods section, many options all say Grissini on the pkg I got the ones with the least calories but the avearge 30 cal a stick.

I just came up with the BEST motivation.. for halloween Ray and I should dress up as Kim Kardashian (BTW I'm in love with her) and Reggie Bush.. awesome, huh? we're going to our little heaven on earth for Halloween this year, Lowes Wharf Marina Inn (Sherwood, Md) it's in the Cheasapeake Bay area between Tighlman Island and St Michaels. Great get away spot and they have a halloween bash.

VLCD#3

I'm feeling much better this morning. I ate some extra veggies yesterday to get me very close to 500 calories.. I just assumed that if I need to stay under 500 then heck let's eat more legal low cal veggies to make me feel special! I added extra spinach and tomoatoes.. My shot hurt only with the initial prick.. no burning..

I am not hungry at all, I got a LARGE black iced coffe this morning and added a small dribble of 2% milk (at the local Gloria Jeans) Black coffee is yucky but if that's what's making me feel better, so be it! Might try some stevia next week if I find some at the health food store this weekend. I am just shocked at how good I feel right now, compared to yesterday! Amazing..

and my weight is down 1.8 lbs which is pretty good (counting my up 2lbs load)

VLCD #2

My shot did not burn today and I woke up today hungry. Infact when my cat got me up at 3 am to go outside, I was hungry. I went to bed last night early because I was hungry and had a bad headache and I am very tired today. My hubby and I carpooled today and I forgot my mug of Yerba Mate in his truck - so I bought a .65 black coffee from the vending machine, but it was dispensed without a cup and I don't have any more change. I'm very very tired today and hopeing that the HcG starts to take away my hunger and energize me soon, i just feel so blah.

Overall the food tasted good yesterday and was "enough" but mentally I just want to eat. SO I'm not 100% sure if I'm feeling real hunger or that mental i want to eat something hunger. I think if I can make it through today I'll be out of the woods.

I did loose 2.2lbs over night putting me -.6 from my starting weight (which is how I will be counting, not from my load weight) I do need to WOOSH some weight off to get to 1# a day average, hopefully I can see a drop on the scale tomorrow morning... i haven't had a BM in a few days which could be why I didn't loose more.

Keep your fingers crossed for me today!

VLCD #1



Today is my first Very Low Calorie Day, I'm nervous! My HcG shot burned again, and is still burning 2 hours later but I'm ok with it. I gained a total of 1.8lbs while loading, much less than I expected! Gotta admit it's hard to get back into the no food work after gorging for 2 days!!!

Load Day #2

My HcG shot burned today, but still was alright.

I definately ate more today than yesterday :)
I had a cheese and hot sauce quesadilla for breakfast
BBQ Ribs, Potato salad and 1 garlic roll for lunch
2 beers with 1 qrt of tomato juice
1/2 a margarita (then my belly was hurting)
2 slices of Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake
Handful of Potato chips
2 Oddles of Noodles
1 Slice of Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake

Load Day #1


Today is my Load Day #1, first HcG Injection (given by my husband) of 180iu Intra Muscular.
I plan to complete a protocol of 40 injections, to include 41 very low calorie days. My goal weight is 140 and I hope to acheive it with one round of HcG. My body tends to be very responsive to loosing weight, since May I've lost 30lbs. Depending on how my body reshapes I may do another short round to reduce my weight further, but we'll worry about that later :) I can't say I am looking forward to loading today and tomorrow.. I'm very nervous of gaining a bunch of weight in 2 days. Tomorrow is the Pittsburgh Steeler Season Opener, we have BBQ ribs, potato salad and ice cream cake .. and lots of beers.. easy to load on that menu! Wish me luck! I'm both excited and nervous!
Every Saturday I will re-do my photos and measurments to see the transformation (I hope to smaller not larger!)

LATER >>>> My first load day was tougher than I thought, I just didn't want to eat. My load foods included: Big Vanilla Latte, Stouffers Mac and Cheese, Steak and Cheese Quesadilla, Store bought fresh linguini with store bought Alfredo sauce and extra parmesan cheese, Ben and Jerry's peanut butter ice cream (yes the whole pint!) - I really thought I would have been able to eat more ;(
